In the previous episode of Bigg Boss 3 Telugu Rahul Sipligunj presents his reasons and nominates Siva Jyothi instead. Hema seems not happy with his reasons and he stays nominated for the elimination.
While speaking to Sreemukhi, Hema shows her frustration about cooking dinner for everyone. Meanwhile Varun and Vithika had a discussion and he says he is confused.
Varun nominates Punarnavi saying she is always into her world and she rarely talk to other housemates. Punarnavi defends herself saying it takes sometime for her to mingle with everyone yet Hema nominates Punarnavi for elimination.
While speaking to camera, Jaffar requests Bigg Boss to save himself because he didn't get a chance to nominate anyone instead. Vithika nominates Ashu saying that she don't actively participate in household tasks, Ashu defends herself saying that Household tasks can't be the only criteria to eliminate her from the house. Hema takes Ashu's side and nominates Vithika for elimination.
Sreemukhi nominates Himaja stating that she always tries to avoid the house work yet reports to Hema without doing so. Sreemukhi also complains that she wont join them in the morning warmup sessions. Himaja couldn't agree with Sreemukhi and starts crying. Hema nominates Himaja instead of Sreemukhi, Himaja being unhappy asks Hema that she couldn't change the rules according to her convenience.
Bigg Boss summons Himaja into confession room where she burst into tears and says she is not happy with the way Sreemukhi spoke against her. Bigg Boss talks to her and motivates her to find solution and overcome her problems.
Jaffar believes that he can outperform Mahesh and nominates him for elimination. Mahesh he is physically better and can do physical activities better than Jaffar. Hema takes Mahesh side and nominates Jaffar for elimination.
Bigg Boss speaks with housemates and says they can save Baba Bhaskar if they unanimously choose Baba Bhaskar over Hema. Sreemukhi speaks for the house and says housemates decided to save Baba Bhaskar and nominates Hema.
