In the last episode of Bigg Boss season 3 Telugu, Nagarjuna asks Ali Reza to bring three bowls with 3 colored slips placed in it from the store room. All the contestants were given 3 colored slips and asked to name Good(Blue), Average(Pink) and Bad(Red) housemates accordingly.
Later they had a contest where all the housemates were divided in to 3 groups, where 4 members has to guess the song written in the chits which will be enacted by the 5th member of the team. All the 3 teams play it very well and finally team A won the game and gets Chicken and Paneer as reward.
Later the colored slips were counted and Nagarjuna declares that Baba Bhaskar has been voted good contestant of the house, he further adds Vithika is safe from the elimination. He declares jaffar is chosen as the average contestant of the house and Hema chosen as the bad contestant.
Nagarjuna decides that time has come for Hema to leave the house, all the housemates says goodbye to Hema.
In the studio Hema says that she treated all the housemates as kids but they misunderstood her for what she was doing. She opinions that Sreemukhi and Baba Bhaskar are her favorites in the house. Talking through Mana TV Hema asks Mahesh to control his anger.
She asks Vithika to play her own game and take care of Varun, she suggests Rahul to control his temper. She wishes all the housemates all the best and asks Baba Bhaskar to take the responsibility of the house.
Surprisingly transgender woman Tamanna Simhadri enters the house as wild card entry, she says that she will explore herself better staying in house. Also says that she doesn't have any strategy and will act according to the situations.
